Our Story: Gard Partners
Our collective journey began in early 2025, when we incubated our first venture as a team. Through this hands-on development and operation, we have forged and battle-tested our operating playbooks. These encompass the critical "nuts and bolts" of collaborative and successful operations. This rigorous foundational experience has instilled in us the confidence to acquire businesses but also to identify and onboard General Managers to meticulously implement and fit our proven playbooks to the opportunity at hand.
Our experience is deeply rooted, drawing not only from the teachings of Buffett and Munger at Columbia Business Schhol but also from the trenches of building and growing businesses from the ground up together as a team. We understand the challenges of sleepless nights and the exhilaration of transformative deals. We grasp the immense effort, the pain, and the risk involved in creating a company that resonates with customers and consistently delivers value. We come from entrepreneurial families and will respect the cultural and brand legacies built up over decades. We do not take the transition period lightly.
